Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using ‘CHEVENTURE’ website /applications. By using Cheventure website, you will agree to the Terms and conditions, Privacy Policy states.You reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms and conditions every time you use CHEVENTURE. The Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy can be amended at any given time at it’s sole discretion. You will be responsible for staying informed to any changes. Any changes of the Terms and conditions or Privacy Policy will take immediate effect upon amendment. If you do not agree with the Terms and conditions or Privacy Policy, you may discontinue using our websites/applications.

1. Accounts
You are required to create an account and specify a password to use certain features on the Websites/applicaions. You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration processes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s user name, password, or other account information.

Service Provider / Provider = Person that provides any form of services on our platform.
Users = Person that uses any type of services on our platform.
As the providers and users of the Cheventure platform, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account. And you are entirely responsible for all activity made by you or anyone that uses your account. You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact us via Email . You agree to indemnify and hold Cheventure harmless for losses incurred by Cheventure or another party due to someone else using your account as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to safeguard your password.
1.1 If you are under 18 years old as a users, you may use this Website only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 As a provider you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to access and use the Cheventure Platform or register an Cheventure Account as a provider.
1.3 If one person can have one account, then they can be both service provider and users, but above stated providers need to be 18years old.… 
Everyone only allow to have one account in Cheventure website or App , In this account can sign in as a service provider and users at the sometime .
1.4 Providers are entirely responsible to maintain and keep up your appointment calender, you will be responsible to be on time for all appointments and to provide good services to Users. As a Provider, you also hold sole responsibility for any activities you make through Cheventure website or App.
1.5 We are not responsible for any activities and/or postings between Providers and Users in our platform except for transaction payment purposes. Cheventure’s purpose and responsibility is to bring convenience for everyone by using our website or App.
1.6 We may advice service providers to use our platform’s professional photographer for the image of the website and also to boost the picture quality for your services which may also help to improve the Provider’s business. As a Provider, you acknowledge and agree that Cheventure shall have the right to use any photography images in advertising, marketing or/and any other type of business purpose in any platform whether it is in relation to your listing or otherwise. Cheventure will not provide any further notice or compensation to you.
2. Verification of Account for Providers and Users
2.1 Cheventure has no control over and does not guarantee
2.1.1 The existence, quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any listings or services provided by Providers. 
2.1.2 The truth or accuracy of any listing descriptions, ratings, reviews, or others.
2.1.3 The performance or conduct of any providers or third party. Cheventure does not endorse any listings or provider services . Any references to a provider being “ verified “ only indicate that the provider has completed a relevant verification or identification process and nothing else. Any such description is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Cheventure about any provider, including of the provider’s identity or background or whether the provider is trustworthy, safe or suitable. You should always exercise due diligence and care when deciding whether to use the service of the provider.
3. Confirmation Of Booking
Before confirming a booking, you should always carefully read the services or items at the provider’s detail page and review information's such as price, price options, quantity, service charges, additional charges, shipping charges, transportation charges etc before finalizing an item or service.Cheventure have the right to terminate account, remove or cancel booking order in it sole discretion.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Providers
4.1.1 A maximum of 20 cancellation can be performed weekly, RM 2 will automatically be deducted from the 21th cancellation onwards from provider’s e-wallet.
4.1.2 Providers are able to make refunds to Users before a service is completed. Refunds will then be deducted from Provider’s e-wallet immediately to Users.
4.2 Users
4.2.1 Cancellations can be done anytime up to the last 1 hours before the appointment date, funds will automatically be refunded into your CHEVENTURE account under User’s Balance.Balance can be use for booking of next service,alternatively you can opt for a refund by clicking on ‘Refund’ button under User’s Balance and we will bank in to your personal account within 3 to 5 working days. 
4.2.2 Any cancellations made within the last  hours will not have any refunds made and the paid amount for that particular service will be forfeited. Users / Providers who do not show up for their appointments will also have their money forfeited for that particular service.
5. Content Posted by Other Users
Cheventure is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any content in any posting made by other users on the Websites or App. Cheventure will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or alleged to have been caused to you in content posted by a third party on the website or during any services. Cheventure, under no circumstances be it directly or indirectly will be responsible or liable. If you notice any misuse of websites please contact Cheventure through email >cheventure.info@gmail.com If you feel threatened or believe someone is in danger, please contact our local law enforcement (police) immediately.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is valued and very important to us at Cheventure. To find out more, please look up at our Privacy Policy section. We will have a detailed explanation of our privacy practices. You will be able to find out how we collect, use and disclose information's collected from you.
7. No Warranty
You acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and that your use of or reliance upon the Services and any content, products or services accessed or obtained thereby is at your sole risk and discretion.
7.1 Cheventure does not represent or warrant that:
7.1.1 The use of the Services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error free or that they will be compatible or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data
7.1.2 The Services will meet your requirements or expectations
7.1.3 Errors or defects in the Services will be corrected
7.1.4The Services and Cheventure’s servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
7.2 All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby excluded and disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted under the law.
7.3 The Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications (including problems inherent to the computer or electronic device you use). Cheventure is not responsible for any delays, delivery / service failures, damages, or losses resulting from such problems and anything happen between both providers and users (customers).
7.4 No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Cheventure or from the Services shall create any representation, warranty or guarantee. 
7.5 You acknowledge that Cheventure has no obligation to support or maintain the Services.
7.6 Cheventure disclaims any and all liability or responsibility in relation to the content made available through the Services, including but not limited to the Content uploaded by users or the third party content and services. Cheventure is not responsible or liable in any manner for the third party content and services associated with or utilized in connection with the Services, including the failure of such third party content and services.
8. Service Fees
8.1 Joining our website (Cheventure) is free for both Providers and Customers. There will be no charges for any listings and posts made.
8.2 Being a provider means you agree for the merchant (cheventure) to collect all transaction fees on your behalf and also agree that for every transaction made a service charge will be charged by Cheventure.
8.3 Being a provider you agree that at any point of time there can be changes in charges and fees and you will be responsible to be kept updated. 
8.4 Charges will only start with every successful transaction made. As a service charge, 20 % will be charge per transaction, percentages may vary depending the nature of the service provided.(only charge service provider)
8.5 To protect against the risk of liability of the users, all moneys from all transactions will be put on hold for 3 working days before it can be withdrawn out from the Provider’s P-wallet. After 3 working days, Provider will need to send Cheventure a request to withdraw the money. (Or can put on hold if you want?) Moneys will then be transferred into Providers bank account within 3 to 5 working days from the date of request. A notification/ email will be sent to the Provider once moneys has been successfully transferred into provider bank account.
8.6 To protect against the risk of liability, or if we suspect any damages or loss on certain transaction/occasion, payments of the Cheventure may be subject to hold at our own discretion. ( It may take more than 3 working days for further investigation)
8.7 Any loss or expenses found to be caused by Providers, we may deduct the appropriate sum from the Provider’s P-wallet. (Providers will be notified)
9. Prohibited On The Website
9.1 Below are the list of prohibited on the website
9.1.1 Using the Websites for any purpose in violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations
9.1.2 Posting Content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights,trade secret rights, or any other rights of any party
9.1.3 Posting Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive,slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by Cheventure in it’s sole discretion or pursuant to local community standards
9.1.4 Posting Content that constitutes cyber bullying, as determined by Chevnture in it’s sole discretion
9.1.5 Posting Content that depicts any dangerous, life-threatening, or otherwise risky behavior
9.1.6 Posting telephone numbers, street addresses, or last names of any person
9.1.7 Posting anything that may be “spam,” as determined by Cheventure in it’s sole discretion
9.1.8 Impersonating another person when posting any content
9.1.9 Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses,without their consent
9.1.10 Allowing any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments
