1 How can i become a service provider?
To become our service provider, click "Become our provider" from the drop-down menu in the account options in the upper right corner.
2 What if i have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page.
3 What if i need to change my current password?
If you need to change your current password, click "Profile" from the drop down menu of your account option in the upper-right screen, then click on "Change password" (Webside version)
4 How do i change/update my contact details?
You may change/update your contact detail(s) by clicking "Profile" from the drop down menu of your account option in the upper-right screen, then click on "Personal details" (Webside version)
5 Where can I view my booking information?
You may check your bookings under user's booking list.
6 How to check and print your invoice?
For website version
Step 1 At the top right corner of your webpage, hover over your profile icon and click User.
Step 2 At the left side of the page, click User then click History.
Step 3 Click on the invoice to view or print.
For apps/phone version
Step 1 At the top left corner of the page, click on ☰ then choose user's History
Step 2 Click on the invoice that you want to view and print.
