Welcome to Cheventure platform

 

 

Step 1 Create an account by signing up here

Step 2 After signing up is completed, proceed to update your personal profile. 

Step 3 You can now start to browse through our various types of services through the category page or using keyword search from the search bar. 

Step 4 Once you have found the service that you want, make a reservation by confirming a date and time through the booking calendar and book your preferred slot, payment will be processed from your credit card. You will be able to choose between 2 types of payment method. (Debit card/ Internet Banking.)

Step 5 A confirmation email will be sent to you once the provider has confirmed your booking.

Step 6 You have successfully made a service booking, you can check your bookings under user’s booking list.

 

How to check and print your invoice

For website version

Step 1 At the top right corner of your webpage, hover over your profile icon and click User.

Step 2 At the left side of the page, click User then click invoice.

Step 3 Click on the invoice to view or print.

For apps version

Step 1 At the top left corner of the page, click on  ☰ then choose invoice.

Step 2 Click on the invoice that you want to view and print.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

1 Cancellations can be done anytime up to the last 1 hours before the appointment date, funds will automatically be refunded into users personal account within 3 to 5 working days.

2 Any cancellations made within the last 1 hours will not have any refunds made and the paid amount for that particular service will be forfeited. Users / Providers who do not show up for their appointments will also have their money forfeited for that particular service.
